The Whole Estate
Both houses, the pool, the workshop and fifteen hectares, for your group alone.
Some weeks we do not let a room: we let the farm. Both houses, all four bedrooms, both kitchens, the pool, the threshing floor, the pond, the olive grove, the orchard, the workshop and the fifteen hectares around them, with nobody else here.
We sleep ten comfortably and seat a good many more.
What people use it for
Families who gather once a year. Small retreats (yoga, writing) that need real silence. Teams who want a week away from the office with enough signal to work in the morning and disappear in the afternoon. Significant birthdays. Small weddings, up to sixty on the eira.
How it works
Three nights minimum, seven in August. We quote a fixed nightly price for the whole group with the final clean included. If you want a cook, catering, or somebody to deal with the firewood and the fire, we can arrange it, tell us what you need when you ask for a proposal.

What is in the room
House rules
- Dogs are welcome, on a lead by the chickens and the donkeys, and not on the beds.
- The pool is unattended. Children always with an adult. The pond is not for swimming.
- The workshop is a courtesy, not a licensed garage. Closed shoes. Children only with an adult.
- The last 2.8 km are a dirt track. Go slowly after rain; there are cattle and potholes.
- Check-in 15:00–20:00. Later is fine if you tell us. Check-out by 11:00.
- Fire only where we agree, and never 1 June–30 September, as the law requires.
